Latex 60% High Ammonia (HA) - maximum 0.60% ammonia added.
Process 1 - The
quality control start from the first step before acquiring the raw
material from local farmers. Latex sample is analysed in our laboratory. |
Process 2 - After meeting our lab criteria, latex is poured into the storage tank for preservation. |
Process 3 - Adding ammonia, the percent of ammonia depends on type of latex needed. |
Process 4 - Latex is filtered to remove impurity, then passed through the contrifugal machine to extract concentrated late out of water. |
Process 5 -
After separating the water, we store latex in different tank according
to different specification, High Ammonia and Low Ammonia. |
Process 6 - Packing in standard drum with capacity of 205 kilogrammes. |
Process 7 - Latex stock in drum ready for exporting. |
